Some prompts for a productive weekend

Hello hello, my dears, and happy May! I'm gearing up for a productive weekend, and if you'd like to join me, I've compiled a couple random prompts for you to play around with. Remember that these prompts are not specific questions to be answered. They are just words, phrases, and ideas that are meant to jump-start your creativity. So take the first thing that comes to mind, and run with it!

1. Leaving on a jet plane.
2. Graduation.
3. A not-so-natural illness.
4. Learned taste aversion.
5. "Red is so your color."
6. The humid afternoon.
7. A tarnished brass knocker.

8. The next step.
9. An unorthodox alarm clock.
10. The pride before the fall.
11. Write something in a genre you've never touched before.
12. "And then it stops."

That should get you started! I hope that helps those of you who are between projects, or want to play around with something new.

What are you working on this weekend?

Great prompts! It's amazing how just a few words can trigger so much, and it's different for each person. Cool. Have a great weekend, Becky!
