Also! Check Twitter hashtags, especially #MSWL - that's the agent manuscript wishlist. BUT NEVER, EVER, EVER use that hashtag to promote your work or ask if they're looking for your genre. You read, you like, you send a query and mention you saw the Tweet. That's it.
