Amy Bishop
Dystel, Goderich & Bourret

Amy Elizabeth Bishop joined Dystel, Goderich & Bourret in 2015, after completing an internship with them in 2014. Before diving into the world of publishing, she graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a degree in Creative Writing. She grew up in upstate New York and has now made the traitorous switch to downstate living. She is interested in upmarket/literary women’s fiction, fiction from diverse authors, literary suspense, and pretty much anything #ownvoices. In terms of nonfiction, she’s eagerly on the hunt for a killer feminist voice discussing contemporary issues and loves historical narrative nonfiction that dives into untold stories. Platform a must. Pop science & journalism also welcome!
