Hi, I'm new to this and have a question! My novel is definitely about family dynamics (with a mother-daughter relationship at its heart), but in my query I specify the genre as upmarket women's fiction. Can I still enter, or do I need to rework the query so I call the genre out as family dynamics?
When reading your query, does it sound like family dynamics? Then please enter! And if you believe the specific genre is upmarket women's fiction, then call it that in the query.
